AZUL SCARLATE
The series begins with Azul Scarlate, a body formed by ink, pressure and absence.
The figure appears almost like a trace, between blue, scarlet and the white of the paper.
A série começa com Azul Scarlate, um corpo formado por tinta, pressão e ausência.
A figura aparece quase como um rastro, entre o azul, o escarlate e o branco do papel.
Here, the texture is part of the image.
The failures, scratches and uneven ink keep the print close to the studio and to the physical act of making.
Aqui, a textura faz parte da imagem.
As falhas, os rasgos e a tinta irregular mantêm a obra próxima do ateliê e do gesto físico de imprimir.
PARALELO
Paralelo continues the research through repetition, overlap and contact.
Two bodies seem to occupy the same space, crossing each other through warm layers of red, pink and orange.

The image moves between affection and friction.

The body becomes a floral structure, almost a printed object of light.

O corpo se transforma em uma estrutura floral, quase um objeto de luz impresso.
Blue, white, yellow and fluorescent pink create a sharp contrast between delicacy and graphic force.

Azul, branco, amarelo e rosa fluorescente criam um contraste entre delicadeza e força gráfica.

VASO DE SI
Vaso de Si closes the series with the face as a vessel.
A portrait becomes an object, and from this object a graphic garden grows.
Vaso de Si fecha a série com o rosto como recipiente.

The work brings together face, plant, symbol and printmaking.
It is the most symbolic piece in the series, where body and image become one.
